Faux Baltic Amber with Tuareg Ebony wood pendant

17 inch vintage red and yellow Immitation Amber with a Malian Tuareg Ebony wood pendant in an intricate gold-plated etched design. Spacer beads are gold plated vintage Ethiopian silver prayer beads. I found this unusual pendant in Bamako in 2012 and bought it from a vendor originating from Timbuktu. I found the prayer beads in a small market in Addis Ababa.
